All the products we sell are made to order, we don't keep anything in stock, as soon as you order we get to work making your product. For that reason the only returns that we will accept is printed aesthetic or damaged item. In that case, you will have to provide us a photo of the damaged item and we will be ready to send you a replacement or a full refund.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping.

We do not issue the refund:

• If your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
